These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the service "Besty" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Besty Operation Team (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). Users of the Service are required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the user and the Provider.

Article 2 (Registration)

Users shall provide accurate information when using the Service. The Provider may refuse registration if the user has previously violated these Terms or for other reasons deemed inappropriate.

Article 3 (Pro Plan & Subscription)

  1. Subscription: The Service offers a paid subscription plan ("Pro Plan").
  2. Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  3. Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  4. Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
  5. Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  6. Cancellation: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Article 4 (User Content and Copyright)

  1. Users retain the copyright to the text, images, and other content posted within the Service.
  2. Users grant the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Service.
  3. Users represent and warrant that their content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Article 5 (Affiliate Links)

  1. Users may post affiliate links within the Service in accordance with the Pro Plan features.
  2. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of affiliate links complies with all applicable laws and regulations (including disclosure requirements).
  3. The Provider is not involved in, and assumes no responsibility for, any transactions made through links posted by users.
